Lead the creative planning of theme park master plans, including architecture, attraction layouts, and landscape details. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external consultants to integrate utility plans and ensure creative intent is maintained.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field with over 10 years of professional experience in theme park planning. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
The Master Planner is responsible for creative planning of theme park master plans, Architecture, attraction layouts, set designs, area development, hardscape and landscape details. This role typically involves working closely with creative directors, creative managers, and technical designers to develop detailed master plans in both 2D CAD and 3D modeling software. The Master Planner will be required to collaborate frequently with interdisciplinary creative and technical teams, both in-house and with specialist subconsultants to meet design goals.
