The BI Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build scalable reporting solutions and support BI-related projects.
• Partner with multiple business units to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor key business signals and provide insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their analytical needs and deliver effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong Tableau experience (required).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Business-oriented approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
