The Senior Project Manager leads the Project Management Office by developing standards, mentoring staff, and managing complex strategic projects. They coordinate cross-functionally across manufacturing, engineering, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a PMP certification, with at least 7 years of project management experience. The role requires 3+ years of leadership experience and a background in manufacturing environments involving prefabricated structures.
The Senior Project Manager owns the Project Management Office (PMO) function for Chadds Ford Operations. This role is accountable for developing and maturing PMO processes, procedures, and standards; directing the full project management team, including Project Managers and Project Administrators; and personally, managing a portfolio of the organization’s most complex and strategic projects. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations and ensures the PMO delivers projects on time, within budget, and to a consistently high-quality standard across a rapidly growing Dome Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who has rigorous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while directing a team. We are looking for versatile candidates who can demonstrate their ability to solve challenging problems of all kinds, lead and develop others, and garner a deep understanding of business processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
