About the Role

As Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering transformation across Expereo. You will lead a portfolio of operational improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and help teams efficiently deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You will work across functions, with a focus on Go To Market (GTM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and the Accelerate programme — one of Expereo’s most important growth engines. Accelerate is helping the business move faster by improving pipeline generation, deal execution, sales enablement, cross-functional ownership, and the way strategic priorities are embedded into day-to-day operations. This role will be close to the action: turning ambition into practical delivery, helping teams remove friction, and ensuring transformation translates into measurable growth, better customer outcomes, and scalable ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, coordinated, and delivered with measurable business value.
• Own delivery plans for key initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder engagement, governance, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Lead the implementation of Supplier 360 as one major initiative within the transformation portfolio, helping create better visibility of supplier performance, risk, opportunity, and operational impact.
• Drive GTM Accelerate programme initiatives across Expereo, helping translate the growth agenda into clear delivery plans, operating processes, governance, adoption plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Work across all functions to align requirements, remove blockers, and ensure change is connected across departments.
• Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, duplication, manual work, unclear ownership, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear business requirements, future-state processes, operating models, delivery priorities, and practical actions for operational and technical teams.
• Drive improvements in operational visibility through better reporting, dashboards, data quality, performance measures, and insight-led decision-making.
• Identify and prioritise practical use cases for automation, simplification, standardisation, and digital enablement.
• Build strong governance and feedback loops to ensure transformation initiatives remain aligned to business priorities and are embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Lead change adoption across impacted teams, ensuring new ways of working are clearly communicated, understood, and sustained after implementation.
• Provide senior-level updates, risks, recommendations, and progress reporting to the Operations Transformation Lead and relevant leadership stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation or implementation programmes across multiple operational functions.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into practical delivery plans, clear requirements, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to influence across teams without relying on direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support business decisions.
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting, CRM, service management, BI, or operational data platforms.
• Experience identifying and applying AI use cases to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, automation, and the adoption of smarter ways of working.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, supplier management, service delivery, support, or managed service environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for operational teams, technical teams, and senior leaders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and turning unclear requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience leading change adoption, training, communications, or process embedding across global teams.
• Telecommunications or managed internet services experience is advantageous but not essential.
