The intern will manage payroll processes, including processing new hires, terminations, and contractual changes through SAP and SuccessFactors. They will also handle employee inquiries, maintain personnel databases, and prepare payroll-related reports and payments.
The role is an internship position focused on payroll administration and HR data management. Candidates are expected to perform administrative tasks related to payroll cycles and support the HR department with system updates.

Gestionamos una amplia variedad de graneles líquidos y gases -incluyendo productos refinados, químicos y biocombustibles- y desarrollamos proyectos vinculados a nuevas energías y transición energética, contribuyendo activamente al progreso de la sociedad.
Hoy somos más de 2.300 profesionales y operamos en 10 países, conectando infraestructuras que impulsan sectores clave. Nuestra red incluye más de 6.000 km de ductos, 66 terminales de almacenamiento, 48 instalaciones aeroportuarias y una capacidad superior a 11 millones de metros cúbicos. Las funciones de la posición son las siguientes:
-Realizar comunicaciones telemáticas a través del sistema red: altas, bajas, cambios contractuales, maternidades, paternidades...
-Introducción de parte de it, envío de ficheros fdi y decarga de fie.
-Realización de cargas masivas de variables de nómina.
-Constante ejecución de tareas con origen el buzón de nóminas.
-Tramitar certificados de empresa al sepe.
-Realizar medidas de alta, baja, finiquitos y demás cambios
contractuales a través de success factor en employee central y posterior medida complementaria en sap hr.
-Realizar informes a través de sap query
-Preparación de propuestas de pago
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos y registros de datos sobre el personal de la compañía.
-Otras tareas derivadas de la gestión del proceso de nómina: atención a empleados/as, resolución de dudas e incidencias, etc.
Es una beca remunerada, con horario de 09:00 a 14:00 de lunes a viernes,
