How You’ll Contribute
The Member Operations Manager is responsible to participate and support with the member lifecycle and serving as a key operational resource for the membership team. This individual ensures that member data is accurate, processes run efficiently, and that every member touchpoint — from initial enrollment to ongoing engagement — reflects the organization's commitment to exceptional service.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, member experience, and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings a process-driven mindset, strong Salesforce proficiency, and the interpersonal aptitude to handle sensitive member situations with professionalism and empathy.
In this role you will:
- Supportthe full member lifecycle— onboarding, enrollment, offboarding, suspensions, reactivations, and removalsin accordance withorganizational policies.
- Maintainaccuratemember records— ensure data integrity across Salesforce and all integrated platforms through consistent, detail-oriented data management.
- Respond to member inquiries— handle inbound requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Supporteventregistration—Audit event registrations and act as internal liaison between member and delegate teams.
- Administer rewards and gifting— oversee the recognition program including order management, fulfillment, and milestone acknowledgment.
- Optimizesystems and processes— serve as Salesforce admin, document SOPs,identifyworkflow inefficiencies, and support team training.
What Sets You Up for Success
You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 2+ years of experiencein operations, member services, customer service, or a closely related field
- Proficiencywith Salesforce CRM, including data entry, reporting, and workflow management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and process integrity
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive or complex member situations with discretion and empathy
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft 360, Zoom, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
Preferred
- Experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, or community-focused organization
- Familiarity with event coordination or community engagement programming
- Experience administering rewards, recognition, or gifting programs
- Exposure to process documentation, SOP creation, or workflow design
