The Billing Specialist manages the end-to-end billing process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and sent to clients timely. This includes resolving billing disputes, posting payments, and collaborating with operations to verify driver documentation.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred. At least 2 years of experience in logistics or accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are highly desired.

The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the billing process accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all invoices are processed and sent to clients in a timely manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
