About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will produce engaging content across our social media channels and support content creation for our two brands, Evalion-SHL and MyOrama, working closely with our Content & Marketing Coordinator.
This is an ideal position for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and an eagerness to grow within a people-focused organization.
Requirements
Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for both Evalion-SHL and MyOrama, ensuring brand consistency • Write compelling copy in Greek and English tailored to different audiences (B2B, students, educators, HR professionals) • Support the development of the content calendar in collaboration with the Content & Marketing Coordinator • Assist in the production of marketing materials such as presentations and newsletters • Produce visual content for success stories, case studies, and events • Monitor social media performance and compile basic reports on key metrics • Stay up to date with social media trends and bring forward fresh ideas
What We're Looking For
1 year of experience in a social media, content, or marketing role (internship experience also considered) • Very good knowledge of Canva for creating social media visuals, presentations, and digital assets • Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content for social media • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English • Creative mindset with a genuine interest in content creation and visual storytelling • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Comfortable working collaboratively and contributing to a team environment • Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing function
Nice to Have
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
Basic experience with HubSpot or other CRM/email marketing platform
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
Working knowledge of a graphic design tool such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent (is a plus)
Interest in HR technology, people science, organizational psychology and vocational guidance
