Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’Agence, au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous assurez un service de qualité à nos clients nationaux et internationaux : accueil, renseignement et conseil personnalisé.
Commercial de talent, vous apportez un accueil personnalisé dans un objectif de fidélisation en mettant en avant nos offres commerciales et nos services!
Excellent communiquant, vous nouez des relations de confiance avec nos clients et vous êtes le garant de notre image de marque.
Rigoureux, vous gérez le back office de l’agence : rédaction des contrats de location, prise de réservations, gestion de la flotte de véhicules, traitement des dommages et facturation.
Pragmatique, vous avez un rôle opérationnel important, en participant activement au développement commercial de votre agence.
Le cas échéant, vous assurez la préparation des véhicules dans le respect de nos exigences de qualité.
