You will own the full sales cycle for new business acquisition across the US retail and ecommerce market, from prospect identification to contract signature. You will also build and manage a strong pipeline while partnering internally with delivery, marketing, and product teams to shape compelling propositions.
The ideal candidate has proven enterprise sales success landing 8-figure deals in ecommerce or retail tech and possesses a strong existing network. You must demonstrate excellent discovery and consultative selling skills, along with a credible external professional presence.
We are looking for a commercially driven, highly connected and entrepreneurial Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate ESW’s growth across the US market.
This is a role for a hands-on enterprise seller who is energized by building momentum, opening doors, creating pipeline, and shaping strategy. We're looking for someone with a passion for building.
You will focus on new business acquisition across the US, with a particular emphasis on retail, ecommerce, and digitally ambitious consumer brands. You will own the full sales cycle from prospect identification and outreach through discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, contract signature and successful handover.
The right person will bring a strong existing network, deep market fluency, a visible personal brand, and the resilience and creativity needed to build relationships in a competitive and fast-moving market. This role is ideal for a seller who enjoys building from the ground up - someone who combines enterprise sales discipline with the energy, creativity and resilience often found in startup environments.
The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually + commission + benefits
