The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property's exterior and common areas. Duties include trash removal, cleaning amenities, and reporting maintenance issues to management.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting. Proficiency in basic computer tasks and the ability to use smart device applications are also required.

New hires generally start between $20.67 - $23.56 per hour.
