The technician is responsible for day-to-day cultivation activities, including plant maintenance, environmental monitoring, and nutrient feeding. They must also maintain accurate records and ensure the facility meets all sanitation and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. No prior experience is required, but strong attention to detail and a commitment to security protocols are essential.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cultivation Technician for our cannabis cultivation facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation activities to ensure the growth and development of high-quality cannabis plants. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for producing superior cannabis products. No experience is required.

Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
