The facility manager is responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of properties in Essen and the surrounding area. They also serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and customers while handling damage documentation and winter services.
Candidates should possess manual dexterity, technical understanding, and ideally some electrical knowledge. A valid class B driver's license and a reliable, service-oriented approach are required for this role.
