Responsible for general order processing and customer support in condominium and rental property management. Tasks include obtaining contractor quotes, processing insurance claims, and handling general correspondence.
Requires a commercial vocational training qualification, ideally as a real estate agent, with initial experience in property management. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with Hausperfekt software is an advantage.
