The Wellness Nurse monitors the health and well-being of residents, ensuring medical needs are met and medications are administered correctly. They collaborate with management to analyze clinical outcomes and coordinate ancillary support services like hospice and home health.
Candidates must hold a current and valid LPN state license and a basic CPR/Life Support certification. Experience with electronic medical records and at least one year of experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
