The Senior Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing apartments and public areas while overseeing the overall condition of assigned neighborhoods. They serve as a technical resource and lead mechanic, performing HVAC maintenance and scheduled preventive procedures.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or construction maintenance and possess a current EPA certification. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, flooring, and HVAC systems is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
