Monitor security alerts from SIEM tools to perform initial triage and identify true positives. Create incident tickets and escalate confirmed threats to L2 analysts while following SOC playbooks.
Requires 1.5 to 2 years of SOC monitoring experience and basic knowledge of SIEM tools and cyber threats. Candidates should be familiar with Windows, Linux, and ticketing systems, and be willing to work rotational shifts.
