Prepare and submit permit applications for various agencies and coordinate with municipalities and internal teams to support project scope. Conduct field data reviews and track permit status to ensure compliance with client standards and SLAs.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in telecommunications, utility, or engineering environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of municipal permitting processes are essential.
Join our team as a Permitting Coordinator supporting fiber and utility projects. You will prepare and submit permit applications for city, county, TXDOT, railroad, and pole agencies using data from field crews, while coordinating with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams. Strong Excel skills and utility permitting experience are preferred. This role will be primarily remote but will have hiring preference for candidates located in Dallas Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio area.
