Provide operational and organizational support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up control. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, optimize operational processes (SOPs), and coordinate between internal departments and international partners.
Requires at least 2 years of experience as an operations manager, project manager, or executive assistant. Must have Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and experience with task management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
