Act as the primary technical point of contact for US customers to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs. Lead technical deployments, provide hands-on troubleshooting, and develop Python/Linux scripts to automate system integrations.
Requires at least two years of customer-facing technical support experience in B2B, preferably within military or defense sectors. Must possess strong networking knowledge, Linux proficiency, Python scripting skills, and the ability to travel frequently.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in unlocking the full potential of uncrewed systems operating Beyond Visual Line of Sight, delivering maximum value to our customers while operating with a high degree of owenrship.
