We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. You'll own the full recruitment process while working closely with our HR Director and hiring managers. This role suits someone passionate about people who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to impact our human capital at Elsight. This is not a role for filling seats - it's a role for finding the people who belong at Elsight: technically excellent, ownership-driven, and built for a fast-moving mission-critical environment. You'll be finding them in a competitive, highly technical market and building a recruitment practice that scales with us.

Our Halo platform is evolving from mission-critical connectivity to a broader uncrewed enablement platform, combining secure connectivity, positioning, video, and autonomy support into a single unified solution.
