The operator assists with furnace and product setups and performs material handling using cranes and AGVs. They are also responsible for routine preventative maintenance, recordkeeping, and adhering to plant safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of heat treat equipment and refractory materials is preferred along with strong analytical and computer skills.

ECG services the locomotive, marine, shipping, mechanical press, oil and gas and compression markets.
Today, ECG has four facilities throughout PA. We currently have an opening for a Heat Treat Operator I at the Sharon, PA facility. Candidates with a variety of experience will be considered and compensation will be related to experience. This hourly, non-exempt position will report to the Plant Manager.
