About the role
We’re searching for a State Real Estate Manager – NSW to drive growth, capability and performance across our New South Wales residential sales and property management network.
This is a highly diverse leadership role, spanning commercial strategy, team development, and market expansion across a state with significant growth potential.
As the NSW Residential Real Estate lead, you’ll have the unique opportunity to:
Influence the direction of a large and rapidly growing NSW real estate business,
Work closely with our executive and national real estate leadership teams,
Shape local strategy while contributing to the broader national network,
Build capability across a wide range of regional and metro teams.
Responsibilities
With the leadership team, develop and execute state and national real estate strategies aligned to growth, EBIT and ROC objectives.
Identify high‑value market opportunities and drive expansion across NSW — from network growth to franchise partnerships.
Drive revenue growth and cost discipline to ensure strong and sustainable commercial performance.
Lead national and state sales plans
Support sales teams to achieve earnings targets and build consistent sales excellence across the network.
Provide market insights, forecasting and performance reporting that informs strategic decision‑making nationally and at state level.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using data to drive interventions.
Coach, develop and uplift capability across sales and property management teams.
Deliver tailored training, support talent development and drive high‑performance culture across a diverse and state‑wide team.
Champion the Elders brand across NSW, building strong relationships with clients, franchisees, communities and industry partners.
Support cross‑product collaboration, referrals and whole‑of‑business opportunities.
