The Registered Nurse manages a caseload of behavioral health patients by assessing physical and psychosocial needs and implementing personalized treatment plans. They coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to patients, families, and facility staff.
Candidates must be a licensed RN with at least one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience with Homecare HomeBase are preferred.
