As a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health, you will assess and manage a caseload of behavioral health care patients, ensuring their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs are met. You will also communicate significant findings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to revise care plans as necessary.
Candidates must have a current, unrestricted state RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing and previous home health or hospice experience.
