The Counter Server - Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food orders, and accurately processing cash and credit card transactions. They must also maintain a clean, well-stocked work area and assist with order expediting as needed.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to use POS systems effectively. While previous experience is preferred, the company is willing to train the right candidate, and availability for weekends and holidays is required.

ARE YOU THE COUNTER SERVER - CASHIER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in the role of Counter Server - Cashier at our restaurant, you will need to possess a range of skills and utilize various software and tools. First and foremost, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests according to our service standards. Using our POS system, you will accurately enter guest orders and process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring that tickets are closed correctly and providing accurate change when necessary. Attention to detail is critical as you issue receipts upon request and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of your shift. Additionally, it is essential to be able to answer customer questions and involve a manager when necessary to resolve any issues.
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area is crucial. This includes preparing the station for opening, stocking paper goods and beverages, changing receipt paper as needed, and cleaning up the work area with disinfectant. Occasionally, you may also be responsible for expediting guest orders. By demonstrating these skills and utilizing the necessary tools, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence and create a positive and efficient customer experience.
