Responsável por prestar suporte operacional às atividades do CSD, realizando o tratamento das demandas recebidas pelos diversos canais de atendimento, apoiando as equipes de campo e garantindo a correta execução dos processos operacionais. Atua no registro, análise e acompanhamento das solicitações em sistema, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das informações e a conformidade com os procedimentos internos e regulamentações aplicáveis, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a excelência no atendimento aos clientes internos e externos.
