The Senior HR Systems & Records Specialist oversees the effective management, accuracy, and continuous improvement of ECAM Philippines' HR systems, employee records, and related HR processes.

The role serves as the subject matter expert and escalation point for HR systems, employee data, records management, and HR process concerns. It provides oversight of HRIS data integrity, system administration, audits, reporting, process improvement, and system-related projects while ensuring reliable service to employees and HR stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee HRIS and Timekeeping system administration, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely employee data.
• Manage governance of employee records, HR documentation, and data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee preboarding, onboarding, employee movements, and other HR system transactions.
• Review and resolve complex HRIS, employee records, documentation, and data-related concerns.
• Lead HRIS data audits, reporting, system testing, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain HR systems and records procedures, controls, and process documentation.
• Identify and drive improvements to HR systems, processes, data quality, and service delivery.
• Partner with P&A members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR processes.
• Monitor service levels, data accuracy, compliance, and turnaround times for assigned processes.
• Provide guidance and support to the team and serve as the escalation point for non-standard transactions.
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place for the confidentiality, security, and integrity of employee information.
• Support HR projects, system changes, and other initiatives requiring HR systems, data, or records expertise.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Systems, Employee Records, or a related HR function.
• Experience in HRIS administration, data management, process improvement, or HR systems implementation is highly preferred.
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, or providing guidance to HR team members is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS and HR systems.
• Strong understanding of employee data management and records governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in system testing, implementation, process improvement, or system enhancements.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
