Responsible for preparing work papers and documentation for direct tax compliance for Eaton Group businesses in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking LATAM countries. The role involves managing annual tax returns, provisional payments, and responding to tax authority requests.
Requires a degree in Public Accounting or equivalent with at least one year of experience in the tax field. Must have an excellent technical understanding of Mexican Tax Laws and conversational English proficiency.
El Analista de Impuestos Directos de LATAM COE será responsable de los papeles de trabajo, información y documentación necesarios para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales en materia de impuestos directos de los negocios de México del Grupo Eaton. Además, este rol ayudará al supervisor COE de Impuestos Directos de LATAM/analista senior de Impuestos Directos de LATAM a preparar los papeles de trabajo necesarios para cumplir con las responsabilidades de declaración de impuestos directos para los países de habla hispana de LATAM. El Analista de Impuestos LATAM Direct Tax COE es el primer contacto con las plantas, el Analista de Impuestos completará el cumplimiento de manera precisa y eficiente, mejorará continuamente los procesos y apoyará las operaciones.
Responsabilidades
A) Preparar los papeles de trabajo, así como conseguir la información y documentación necesaria para el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, que incluye, entre otros, declaraciones anuales de impuestos sobre la renta, pagos provisionales, dictámen fisca, ISSIF, declaraciones informativas y otras presentaciones para cumplir con el gobierno mexicano para las empresas del Grupo Eaton en México y algunos de los países de habla hispana de LATAM.
B) Ayudar con la documentación de Precios de Transferencia para asegurar que se cumplan con las obligaciones en esta materia.
C) Preparar los cálculos del Impuesto sobre la Renta Diferido
D) Apoyar proyectos tributarios, tales como cambios por reformas tributarias, Activos Fijos, Incentivos Fiscales
E) Atender y dar respuesta a las Solicitudes de la Autoridad en materia de Impuestos Directos para las personas morales mexicanas y de habla hispana
F) Llevar a cabo responsabilidades y actividades alineadas con los valores de la empresa y promover la colaboración dentro del Equipo de Impuestos Directos
G) Crear relaciones sólidas en todas las empresas
H) Promover un entorno de mejora continua.
Nivel de educación requerido
- Títulado Contador Público o equivalente
Años y área de experiencia requerida
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el área fiscal.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Excelente entendimiento técnico de las Leyes Fiscales Mexicanas y sus reglamentos
- Inglés conversacional
Habilidades interpersonales
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, con capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con otros (compañeros, superiores, personal de las plantas) en un entorno dinámico.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y responsabilidades para cumplir con los plazos.
