The Production Technician is responsible for wiring, assembling, and mounting components for electrical control equipment such as panelboards and switchboards. They must perform quality inspections, verify electrical integrity, and maintain a safe work area following 5S guidelines.
Candidates need at least one year of assembly experience using hand/power tools or a one-year technical school diploma. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience in CNC fabrication and reading wiring diagrams.

The Production Technician is responsible for a wide range of skills including: wire, assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform assembly required for test preparation and final inspection. Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity of units assembled. Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping within assigned functions.
