The Packaging Assistant/Analyst supports the development, validation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions for electrical products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute packaging trials, collect performance data, and maintain technical documentation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment and advanced English proficiency are required.
The Packaging Assistant/Analyst is an entry-level role supporting the development, validation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions for Eaton’s electrical products, beginning with circuit breaker product lines. This position partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to execute packaging trials, collect performance data, and maintain documentation. The role provides hands-on exposure to production environments and packaging processes, with opportunities to expand support across additional product lines as experience grows
-Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
-2 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical environment (internship or co-op experience acceptable) with the technical knowledge specified bellow.
-Advanced English.
