Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with a master's degree and professional qualifications like ACA/ACCA/CMA being advantageous. Extensive financial management experience of up to 10 years and proficiency in US GAAP, SAP, and Oracle are required.

As FP&A Manager you will oversee the planning and analysis activities for the Electrical Sector across EMEA. This role coordinates and executes monthly financial reporting requirements including month-end closing, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting. Act as a key contact and spokesperson for the business in relation to financial results. Prepare financial analysis and month-end financial reporting deliverables as required. Key role in the development and analysis of the strategic plan and annual profit plan. Continuously seek opportunities for streamlining all finance processes and refinement of reporting activities. Participation to special projects as necessary.
