Der Associate Project Sales Engineer ist eine kommerziell ausgerichtete, unterstützende Rolle in der Umsetzungsphase (Level 2) innerhalb der C&I Project Sales Struktur. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Unterstützung bei der Sicherung und Betreuung von Eaton-spezifizierten Ausschreibungen während der Projektabwicklung.
Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Installateure, Endkunden und Generalunternehmer stellen Sie sicher, dass spezifizierte Projekte wie geplant umgesetzt werden. Gleichzeitig unterstützen Sie bei der Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Projekten, die ursprünglich nicht von Eaton spezifiziert wurden.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört außerdem:
· Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks von Stakeholdern in der Ausführungsphase
· Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Beeinflussung von Spezifikationen zugunsten von Eaton
· Unterstützung kommerzieller Aktivitäten (z. B. Preisgestaltung, Abstimmung mit internen Teams, Weitergabe projektbezogener Informationen)
· Vermeidung von Spezifikationsabweichungen („Spec-Breaking“) und Sicherstellung des Mehrwerts von Eaton in der finalen Projektumsetzung
Ein weiteres Ziel der Position ist die Platzierung von Eaton-Produkten und -Lösungen in Ausschreibungen, um die Marktpräsenz und die Gewinnchancen zu erhöhen.
Die Rolle arbeitet eng mit verschiedenen internen Funktionen zusammen, mit dem Ziel, Anwendungsexpertise aufzubauen und Systeme für komplexe Kundenanforderungen zu entwickeln.
· Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen (insbesondere Planer, Ingenieurbüros, Endkunden, ausführende Unternehmen und Installateure) sowie Pflege bestehender Kontakte
· Frühe Einflussnahme auf Planungs- und Ingenieurbüros mit Fokus auf „Spec-in“ im Projektgeschäft
· Entwicklung technischer Lösungen im Bereich Notbeleuchtung und Lichtplanung (inkl. Erstellung von Ausschreibungen/Leistungsverzeichnissen)
· Präsentation innovativer Lösungen mit technischem und lösungsorientiertem Fokus
· Koordination spezifizierter Projekte mit Vertriebssupport-Teams und Partnern
· Identifikation aller relevanten Projektbeteiligten sowie wichtiger Termine (z. B. Ausschreibungen, Vergaben)
· Nutzung von Synergien und aktive Einbindung relevanter Vertriebskanäle
· Einbindung von Quotation Factory / Specification Engineering / Engineering Back Office
· Steuerung kommerzieller Aspekte im Angebotsprozess
· Durchführung von „Lunch & Learn“-Sessions und technischen Schulungen (CPD)
· Entwicklung und Präsentation wirtschaftlich tragfähiger und spezifikationskonformer Lösungen
· Pipeline-Management (inkl. Opportunity- und Angebotsmanagement)
· Vertragsverhandlungen im Rahmen der definierten Berechtigungen
· Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker bzw. Meister, idealerweise mit zusätzlicher Ausbildung als Industrieelektriker für Energiesysteme
· 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit fundierten Grundkenntnissen in elektrischen Verteilungssystemen und Netzwerktopologien
· Erste praktische Erfahrung in C&I-Gebäudeprojekten oder vergleichbarem technischen Umfeld von Vorteil
· Fundierte Kenntnisse in Notbeleuchtungssystemen und relevanten Vorschriften
· Fähigkeit zuzuhören, gezielt Fragen zu stellen und Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen
· Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
· Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
