Provide supervision, emotional support, and daily structure for youth in a residential group home setting. Responsibilities include facilitating life skills development, managing crisis stabilization, and documenting progress for Medicaid reporting.
A high school diploma or GED and a valid Nevada driver's license are required. Preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field and at least one year of experience working with youth.
