The Inside Sales Coordinator processes customer orders and inquiries while serving as the primary link between customers, sales teams, and operations. They are responsible for resolving customer issues, promoting new products, and coordinating special orders and pricing updates.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of office-based customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
