Provide direct support, instruction, and hands-on assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, housekeeping, and ensuring the safety and personal growth of clients.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and pass a successful background clearance. Strong communication skills and a patient, dependable, and person-centered approach are required.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
