Schedules:Full-time shift (All persons in this position should be prepared to work some weekend shifts and holidays.)

Job Description
Coordinate services including individual finances, activities, behavioral supports, healthcare, nutrition, family involvement, education/vocational services, and household management
Assist supervisors with maintaining consistency in programming, staff communication, and overall quality of care
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and support
Support implementation of behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, and person-centered plans
Provide direct support and hands-on care during assigned shifts, including personal cares and daily living support
Utilize de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, and positive behavior support strategies when assisting individuals with complex behavioral or mental health needs
Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary support teams
Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, medication support, appointments, community activities, and general upkeep of the home
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and communicate important updates, concerns, and progress to supervisors and team members

Qualifications
Required (Must-Have):
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Basic computer skills
Minimum of two years’ experience delivering behavioral health services
Minimum of one year of lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field
Ability to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms, including physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, chemical dependence, brain injury, and cognitive impairments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated experience using de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and positive behavioral supports
Strong observation, counseling and assessment skills
Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback
Ability to work one-on-one and in group settings
Strong time management and self-management skills
