Coordinate residential services including finances, healthcare, and nutrition while managing staff schedules and providing guidance to the support team. Perform direct support duties such as personal care and meal preparation to foster independence and dignity for individuals with disabilities.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with insurance, and at least two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
