Provide direct support, instruction, and hands-on assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Empower individuals to live independently while assisting with daily living tasks and ensuring their safety and comfort.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and pass a background clearance. Strong communication skills and a patient, dependable nature are essential for this role.

You’ll work directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs.

Schedule: Full time 12 hour shifts available! Day time and overnight options.
Starting Pay: $19 an hour

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
