Provide direct support, guidance, and hands-on caregiving to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and housekeeping to empower individuals to live independently.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A successful background clearance and basic computer skills for documentation are required.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities.
