Provide direct care, technical support, and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities to promote independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, coordinating transportation, and maintaining medical records.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license and successful background clearance are required.

Starting Pay: $11/hour
Schedule: Will vary based on the needs of the programs (Must be flexible)
Perks/Benefits:
A Direct Support Professional Float (DSPF) caregiver is responsible for providing clerical and technical support in maintaining health services delivery to individuals as well as providing direct care. The DSP Float provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. Work assignments may be during any scheduled hours and at any sites where Dungarvin provides services
