Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle and relationship management with bicycle dealer networks across assigned Italian regions. Provide strategic advice to distribution partners on process efficiency and synchronize market requirements with internal teams.

Requirements

Requires a degree in business administration or industrial engineering and proven sales experience, preferably in the cycling or premium sports retail industry. Must be fluent in Italian and English and be willing to travel extensively within the specified Italian regions.

THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU
·    Responsibility and management of the complete sales cycle of an ASM model year to Bicycle Dealers Network for your sales area in Italy
·    Relationship management with the different stake holders on the side of our distribution partners 
·    Analysis of the respective sales area and provision of advice to the distribution partner
·    Providing advice to Dealers on how to gain process efficiency, the organization of sales and distribution planning and the synchronization with the logistic and informational processes
·    Management of the forecasting process and market requirements with the internal cockpit team and the customer
·    Feedback on important ASM functionalities, new distribution approaches, new market entrants, competitor behavior and demonstration of potential market opportunities

 

THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU
·    Degree/diploma in business administration or industrial engineering
·    Well-grounded sales experiences, ideally in the cycling industry or in another premium and technical sports retail network
·    Exemplary communication skills and strong team spirit 
·    Fluent in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
·    Funded MS-Office know-how and familiar with digital communication 
·    Based in the mentioned Italian region with a high flexibility and willingness to travel 
·    Quick comprehension and good coordination skills
·    passionate about the cycling industry and its products
