• Inventory management and transaction: Process downpayment and advance duty of imported goods & materials. Post IR (invoice receipt), which includes duty & freight, external treatment. Issue credit notes for any goods return or allowance for suppliers. Post inventory correction resulting from goods return, scrap, gain or loss on physical inventory, price and quantity difference. Measure inventory value at the lower cost and net realizable value and post the devaluation amount. Reconcile GR/IR and generate balance report. Submit scrap applications to tax offices and follow the relevant requirements accordingly. Organize yearly physical count.
• Monitor inter-company transaction: Understand inter-company transaction and function of every entity and party in DT group. Post inter-company invoices and make reconciliation monthly. Calculate or test the arm’s length nature of prices/profit. The testing is to identify controlled transactions and uncontrolled transactions and compare the result with reasonable principles. Review and finalize TP report prepared by accounting firm. Submit Mater file when turnover threshold is met. Prepare related parties reporting for tax audit & financial audit.
• Shareholder’s equity: Complete company registration change. Declaration for any changes of board member and shareholder. Act as a facilitator of communication between the board of directors, stakeholders and other parties. Deliver dividend proposal based on liquidity. Prepare the agenda and determine the required documents for board meetings. Send meeting minutes for review and signature.
• Tax filing and items: Submit DAT (Double Taxation Agreement) application for dividend and group support service agreement. For group support services, it includes review of agreements, collecting service evidence, review calculation of service fees and evaluate the nature of service. File provisional CIT return in September. Prepare materials for interim tax audit & final tax audit. Review tax audit report and discuss with CPA about tax findings. Update any tax regulations and make action for any change of tax laws. Accomplish CIT return filing and pay tax in May. Share insight and points of view for tax planning and tax risk for company.
• Financial Closing Support: Assist the supervisor with month-end and year-end financial closing processes and related accounting activities.
• Subsidiary Financial Oversight: Review monthly financial results of subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and consistency. Analyze variances and identify financial risks or anomalies.Review and submit tax filing of subsidiaries.

THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU

• Accounting Experience: Working Experience in big 4 accounting firms for more than 3 years.
• Education background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or similar.
• Systems & Software: SAP, Microsoft Office
• Language Skills: Very good and experienced in English writing and speaking.
• Intercultural Work: Experience in working with/for a European or an American Company.
• Tax Management: Experience in tax filing and tax accountant. 
• Project Management: Proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing projects, setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Ability to analyze data from various channels, extract insights, and use them to optimize workflow and analyze business operation and financial position.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and liaise with stakeholders and coworkers.
