The Project Development Manager plans and coordinates pre-construction activities for new school buildings and modernization projects, ensuring the success of multiple projects. They resolve complex issues, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least ten years of experience in managing capital projects, with a preference for those experienced in new construction and modernization projects. A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required, along with preferred certifications.
