The Shop Bench Operator is responsible for performing ski service, repairs, and binding mounting to meet quality standards. They also support fulfillment, inventory organization, and maintain a safe, clean shop environment.
Candidates must have at least one year of hands-on experience in ski or snowboard tuning and repair. Proficiency in technical ski service tasks and the ability to operate shop machinery are required.

We're looking for a Ski Shop Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and is passionate about delivering exceptional products. This seasonal role is responsible for mounting bindings, applying Phantom treatment, performing ski repairs, supporting fulfillment, and ensuring every ski meets DPS's world-class quality standards.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
As a Ski Shop Technician, you'll perform a variety of ski service, repair, and fulfillment duties to ensure every product meets DPS's exceptional quality standards.
