JOB SUMMARY: The selected candidate is responsible for supporting architectural design, documentation, coordination and project execution from early concept stages through construction. The role develops detailed drawings, manages BIM models, coordinates with consultants and supports project compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate works more independently and takes on increased technical and coordination responsibilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, technical details and tender documentation. • Coordinate design information with consultants, contractors and suppliers to maintain technical alignment. • Assist in preparing design reports, presentation decks, schedules and material specifications. • Manage BIM models including updating elements, maintaining data structure and ensuring model accuracy. • Support statutory submission processes and ensure compliance with building regulations. • Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings and client presentations. • Support construction stage tasks including responding to RFIs, updating drawings and resolving site issues. • Conduct site inspections to verify design intent, material quality and workmanship. • Contribute to design research, sustainability initiatives and project improvement efforts. • Ensure proper documentation control and version management of drawings and files. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Architecture or related field. • 5-8 years of relevant architectural experience. • Strong proficiency in BIM (Revit preferred), AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools. • Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing and coordination processes. • Knowledge of local building codes, planning guidelines and submission procedures. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. • Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
