Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product and Technology roles across US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets. Partner with stakeholders to drive hiring strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Requires 8+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS companies focusing on Product and Engineering. Must be proficient in ATS/HIRS systems and experienced in managing globally distributed hiring teams.

Are you a recruiter who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments?
We’re looking for an In-House Talent Partner (360 Recruiter) to own end-to-end hiring across Product & Technology, hiring for software engineering positions such as Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers with a scientific/SaaS background through to Test engineering, you may also have experience in other functions as you will need to be comfortable being a flex player, working on other jobs when volume is high. You’ll be the go-to partner for stakeholders, driving fast-paced hiring across the US, UK, EMEA and Canadian markets, while influencing leaders and shaping how we hire world-class talent.
You may also have experience in other functions such as GTM (Go To Market/Sales), solutions architects , as you’ll need to be comfortable being a flex player, supporting sourcing & hiring across other business areas when volume is high, supporting with scheduling interviews, running pre-board and on-boarding activities for the team.
You’ll be fuelling hiring across the US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets with strong talent pipelines, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies.
We are looking for people with 8+ years of 360 recruitment experience in ideally Product & Engineering, with in-house within high-growth tech companies, you may also have a background as a successful sourcer in the SaaS environment or as a successful agency tech recruiter looking to make the move as an in-house recruiter. You will be experienced working in a globally distributed team and supporting hiring teams in different time zones, and can demonstrate scaling a high-growth SaaS company by hiring the people who build our future.
You can demonstrate you have successfully owned your market, your process, and your relationships.

Dotmatics utilises a national market-based approach to base pay benchmarking and pay band development. The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location. In addition to base salary, Dotmatics has implemented a total rewards strategy, which is the combination of compensation, benefits and recognition.
Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
