The role involves implementing new products, managing PPAP documentation, and coordinating corrective actions through 8D reports. It also requires developing control plans, conducting quality audits, and monitoring the cost of poor quality to optimize production processes.
Candidates should have a higher technical education in engineering and experience in a manufacturing quality role. Proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and familiarity with IATF 16949 standards are required.
