Requires a high school diploma and experience in construction, roofing, or estimating, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidates must be able to read construction documents and physically access commercial roofs via ladders.

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to prepare timely, competitive, and executable estimates for commercial roof repairs and service projects. This primarily office-based role partners with roof technicians, sales, vendors, customers, and operations to move projects from initial scope through proposal and handoff. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology, and able to manage a high-volume workload with consistent follow-through.
The ideal candidate is organized, technologically capable, consistent, and motivated to build a long-term career in commercial roofing. Potential career paths include advancement into broader Estimator and Senior Estimator positions or growth within the service department into service management.

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position.
