The Shop Foreman is responsible for the daily operations of the service department, including directing repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and managing shop personnel. They oversee quality control, monitor productivity, and provide technical guidance to mechanics to ensure superior customer service.
Candidates must have at least one year of heavy-duty truck experience or two years of diesel training and be at least 18 years old. A valid Commercial Driver’s License and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.

Dobbs Truck Group operates 25 commercial truck dealerships through two operating companies – Dobbs Peterbilt and Western Truck Center. These dealerships represent some of the best commercial truck brands including Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Autocar, and Hino and include locations in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington.

This position will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the department as dictated by industry standards and Company procedures and policies with the goal to provide superior customer service.
