The Requirements Analyst acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders and product teams to transform business objectives into testable requirements. Key duties include facilitating elicitation workshops, managing traceability matrices, and collaborating with Agile teams during backlog refinement.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of experience in business or requirements analysis. Proficiency in SDLC, Agile environments, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Overview
We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and the Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will transform business objectives into clear, testable, and traceable requirements that drive successful product development and modernization efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring solutions align with user needs, organizational priorities, and Agile delivery practices.

Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
