The Inside Sales Representative manages telephone and walk-in customers to guide them through the purchasing process and build long-term relationships. They are responsible for ensuring order accuracy, securing payments, and collaborating with manufacturing staff to service customers effectively.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in the construction or metal roofing industry. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods is required.

Inside Sales Representative engage with telephone and walk in customers and guide them through the purchasing process. Inside Sales Reps are responsible for building relationships and strong communication skills to convey the benefits of our products and services. Inside Sales Reps create valuable connections with customers, help with recognize the offerings that meet their needs and product features, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers
Ensure order accuracy, delivery information accuracy and secure payment
Maintain strong working relationships with lumberyard and manufacturing employees to better service customers
Stay up to date and well versed on all software and required technologies needed to be relevant in the metal roofing/ construction industry
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of Construction and/ or Metal Roofing Industry
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma
Above average Math skills
At least two years related experience in Construction/ Metal Roofing Industry
Must be able to lift to 100 pounds at times.
Must be able to learn and/ or perform on all software required in Sale Department
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to use telephone/ cell phone to communicate with customers
